Terra Factor routinely sells rental equipment to adjust the size and composition of its rental fleet to changing market conditions, and as part of its ongoing commitment to maintain a new, top quality fleet. Terra Factor receives favourable sales prices for its rental equipment due to its strong preventive maintenance program and its practice of selling rental equipment before it becomes irreparable or obsolete. Terra Factor sells rental equipment to its existing rental customers, as well as domestic and international used-equipment buyers.
Buying used equipment is sometimes a better option than buying new. Each pieces of used equipment we offer remains in our rental fleet until it is sold, so it goes through a rigorous scheduled maintenance programme. Periodic inspections are performed on each piece of used equipment in our fleet, as well as updates and upgrades as manufacturer notifications are released.
